Diplomová práce se věnuje v teoretické části spotřebitelskému úvěru, jednotlivým fázím úvěrového procesu a úvěrovým registrům, praktická část se věnuje analýze řízení úvěrového rizika ve sledované bance, kvalitě úvěrového portfolia a návrhem změn v hodnocení retailových pohledávek.The theoretical part of thesis covers consumer credit, particular parts of credit process and credit registers. Analysis of credit risk management in a bank of concern, quality of credit portfolio and suggestion of changes in rating of retail receivables are dealt with in the practical part.

Corporate Social Responsibility in a Specific Company

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá konceptem CSR - společensky odpovědné firmy. Popisuje jednotlivé kroky v rámci implementace konceptu CSR. Praktická část se zabývá uplatněním konceptu CSR ve firmě, je vypracován návrh možných CSR aktivit za předpokladu zohlednění finanční situace firmy.The thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility concept (CSR) in the theoretical part. It describes particular steps within the implementation of the concept. The practical part concentrates on applying the concept in a company; the proposal of various CSR activities has been worked out taking into consideration financial situation of the company.
